About Kyle.

Kyle Norrish grew up in the North Okanagan before moving up north to Grande Prairie for post secondary school right after graduating. Kyle has always been interested in construction as he spent his summers working as a framer's helper during high school. With that industry in mind he started his plumbing apprenticeship up north and never looked back. Kyle had a great apprenticeship working with an amazing plumber/mentor. His mentor Keith ensured that he was being taught from day one and continued to work with a passion for learning and improving everyday. They worked on multi-family homes, custom homes, spec homes, in-floor heating, snow melt systems, and a lot of boiler rooms.
Kyle completed his apprenticeship in 2011 and continued working with his mentor until the fall of 2017 when the time came to move back to the Okanagan. Kyle started Kakwa Plumbing & Heating in 2020. He still carries that same passion for learning today and is constantly researching boilers and hydronic heating systems to ensure that they are installed and operate in the most efficient ways. Kyle treats every project as if it is his own, knowing that you have enough going on while building your dream home or business. His goal is to make sure that your plumbing and heating won't be something you have to worry about. |

About the name Kakwa Plumbing & Heating LTD.

Kakwa Provincial Park in northern BC, together with Kakwa Wildlands Park in northern Alberta make up the first inter-provincial park in Canada. After spending so much time in the park, Kyle wanted to find a company name that would tie together his time in BC and Alberta.
